Porsche has confirmed it’s poached Formula One driver Mark Webber from Red Bull Racing to race for it at the 2014 Le Mans 24hrs. The 36 year-old Australian has signed a multiple-year contract to drive Porsche’s new LMP1 challenger, which is aiming to give Audi a bloody nose in the world’s most famous endurance event next year. The best picture yet of the new Jaguar XJ - due to be revealed in July
Due to be shown officially in July, before a full presentation at Frankfurt in September, the new Jaguar XJ is designed to take the fight to BMW, Audi and Mercedes. And if how it looks is anything to go by Jaguar will have another big success on its hands, to go along with the XF. Although based on the existing XJ’s lightweight chassis (nothing wrong with that) but with a back end which is very much derived from the XF, the car is totally re-skinned, and looks finally how a modern Jaguar luxury saloon should.

The third car of Suzuki’s dramatic Kizashi trilogy had its world debut at New York, and we’re told this handsome sports sedan is close to the production vehicle. When it arrives in the US this Fall, the powertrain will be a 3.6-litre DOHC V6 delivering 300bhp via a six-speed auto’ with paddle-shifters. No price has been announced, but it will offer ‘good value’.
